For me, movement is the primary way I uncover inner strength, foster creative energy, and embrace vulnerability finding strength in the softness. The goal for my classes is to help you build a strong connection with your inner self, and loved ones. I use powerful music, creative sequencing, authentic themes, and organic cues to create a beautiful space for self discovery on the mat.
I have completed my 200 RYT yoga training, and my certification in Lagree Fitness. I use both styles of movement to create a unique class tailored specifically to you and your body!
