Natalie was introduced to yoga when she was fifteen & immediately fell in love. She’s been teaching full time since 2016 and is honored to share the many gifts of this practice with her students every day in class. When she teaches, her aim is to create a space for students to come into a deeper understanding of themselves and develop a more intimate connection with body & breath. She loves a fun flow that emphasizes the balance between strength and softness in order to find connection with our inner power while moving in a way that nourishes and honors the needs of our individual bodies.
